Day 1:
-Pick-up in barcelona
-Arrival C'an Miquelet del Mano. Time to settle in rooms.
-Welcome apéritif (this is actually almost a meal!)
-Visit to the Capçanes winery.
-Cooking class followed by dinner.
Day 2:
-Breakfast
-Visit to Cooperativa de El masroig winery and vineyards
-Lunch at El cairat restaurant in Falset
-Free time
-Cooking class followed by dinner
Day 3:
-Breakfast
-Visit to the Costers del Siurana winery (producers of Clos
de l'Obac) in Gratallops
-Lunch at the Cellers de Gratallops restaurant
-Free time
-Official olive oil tasting session
-Cooking class followed by dinner
Day 4:
-Breakfast
-Visit to the Scala Dei monastery
-Visit to the Conreria de Scala Dei winery
-Lunch at C'an Miquelet del Mano
-Free time
-Wine presentation in our wine cellar by the Conreria de Scala
Dei enologist
-Dinner (no class)
Day 5:
-Breakfast
-Visit to Reus where we do the "Gaudi" route. Time
for some shopping.
-Tapas lunch in Reus
-Free time
-Cooking class followed by dinner
Day 6:
-Breakfast
-Excursion to La Figuera. Visit to Jaume Roca's "Agrobotiga"
and wine cellar.
-Lunch at C'an Miquelet del Mano
-Free time
-Cooking class followed by dinner
Day 7:
-Breakfast
-Visit to the lead mines of Bellmunt
-Visit to the Mas d'En Gil winery in Bellmunt
-Lunch at the Aspic restaurant in Falset
-Free time
-Cooking class followed by dinner
Day 8:
-Breakfast followed by drop-off in barcelona
- All winery visits are quite extensive and include full tour
of the premises, complete explanations of
how their wines are made, wine tasting, etc...
- The above
