- For the scaled pricing system, the total number of people attending refers to how many are actually booked for the particular session, and not to how many people you must have in your party. For example, if 3 people in 2 rooms are already booked for a 3-day session, and you book a single occupancy, you would fall in the 3-4 people category, and thus pay 1,300€. Or, if you are the first person to book as a single occupancy for a 6-day session, thus being at the 3,400€ rate, if 4 more people were to book, your rate would drop to the 5-6 people category and you would thus pay 2,200€.
All rates include:
- 10% IVA (Value added Tax).
- All meals for which we use only the best and freshest ingredients.
- All high quality Priorat/Montsant wines and drinks.
- Excursion entrance fees and tips.
For the Cooking Vacations and Cooking Classes all necessary materials and ingredients for the classes are included. For the Cooking Vacations and Wine Tours, accommodation for all contracted nights as well as transport to and from Barcelona Plaza de España are included, and for the Cooking Vacations only, a complimentary Catacurian recipe book is also included.
- Pick-up at Barcelona Plaza de España is at approximately 10h30AM on first day of tour.
- Drop-off at Barcelona airport or Plaza de España is at approximately 10h30AM on last day of tour.
- It is a 1½ hour drive from Barcelona to Catacurian
- We are sorry, but we do not pick-up or drop-off at individual hotels.
- For the Cooking Vacations and Wine Tours, a 400€ deposit assures a reservation date, and full payment is due 30 days prior to the reserved trip.
- Reservations are accepted at any time, even "last minute" decisions but are of course subject to availability. In this case full payment is due at the time of the reservation.
- The maximum number of guests we can accept is 6.
