Barcelona Single Day Class Schedule

Visit the Boqueria and learn how to shop in a real Spanish Market. |
| - 11h30 AM to 2h30 PM (approximately) |
Hands-On Catalan cooking class consisting of three dishes and desert. This will teach you the basic techniques used in Catalan cooking, as well as some of it's important dishes. |
| - 2h30 PM to 5h30 PM |
Lunch consisting of the dishes you prepared, wines from the Priorat/Montsant region, coffee, Brandy and Cava. |
Paella Option:
- This program can also be had with the class consisting only of Paellas
Tapas Option:
- This program can also be had with the class consisting of a selection of Tapas
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Included in this program are all of the ingredients and materials for the class, lunch consisting of what was prepared during the class, wine, drinks, coffee, and the recipes of the dishes you prepared.
PRICES

| 2 people: 110 €/pers. (Includes 7% IVA tax) |
| 3-4 people: 100 €/pers. (Includes 7% IVA tax) |
| 5-6 people: 90 €/pers. (Includes 7% IVA tax) |
RESERVATIONS
For reservations requested in advance, a 50€/pers. non-refundable deposit is required to assure a place. The balance is due 15 days prior to the reservation date.
If you are within the 15 day time period prior to the class date, full payment is due at time of reservation.
"Walk-ins" or same day requests may be paid on the day of the class.
PAYMENT
For payment, we will send you a Paypal Invoice, via which you may make a secure payment online using either a credit card or a Paypal account.
You may also call us for direct payment via Visa/Mastercard.
Payments on the day of the class may also be in Euros cash.
